Shipping policy

We ship orders every Monday through Friday using standard shipping services. Orders are delivered usually within 7 days once shipped. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

Customer Service

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at orders@carusoprovisions.com, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST.

Please review the checkout page before you submit your order for the shipping methods available for your items. We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you in accordance with the applicable method selected. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Credit Card Failure

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired, reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Please double-check your information. If you continue to have problems, please contact our Customer Service Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM CST via email at orders@carusoprovisions.com. Please provide them with any error messages you may have received.

Canceling Orders

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service, Monday through Friday via email at orders@carusoprovisions.com on the day that you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled. However, we will make every effort to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO or APO locations.

Taxes

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.

Caruso Provisions was founded on the heels of the lockdown in 2020 when my brother, Chef Dominic Caruso, hung up his chef’s coat in Manhattan and returned to Chicago to help launch our family’s flagship product, Caruso’s Giardiniera. 

The story of our passion for quality, and love for tradition dates back many decades when our mother began jarring her grandmother’s family recipes. Her home was always filled with the aroma of Italian staples: hot Serrano finger peppers, eggplant, smashed California green olives, beets, red sauce (sugo, as they would call it) and homemade giardiniera - the obvious family favorite.  

It was Chef Dominic who saw an opportunity to modernize this Old World table classic and make it available for all to enjoy with their families for generations to come.
