Was given a sample at woodman's by a very friendly gentleman (who served it with hummus!) and it's the best chi style giardiniera I've ever had. Besides the usual uses and aforementioned, I've been really enjoying it on tostadas.

I sent two jars of hot giardiniera to my friend in Oregon who is originally from Chicago. He is always looking for Chicago style giardiniera. He was completely impressed with the taste and ingredients of Caruso’s product. Spicy but not over the top with relish type veggies but also nice chunks of veggies. He has tried other brands some of which he has liked but Caruso is tops!! He is also excited about trying other products such as the salsas!
Great packaging also which is important. I will be ordering some for myself here in NC!!

GREAT FOR SANDWICHES
I saw this walking through The Fresh Market this weekend and picked up a jar. This is by far the best Chicago-style giardiniera I have had. The heat is just right and the flavor is great. I will be picking up more.
