My Dad owned a beef “stand” back in the ‘60’s. So we have always made our family giardinera. i saw Caruso’s in my grocery store. I had to try it. OMG, the absolute most delicious giardinera i have ever tasted . The large veggies make it. A different taste in every bite. We put it on everything. Pasta, pizza, eggs, and every kind of sandwich we make. It elevates the sandwich to another level!! You must try this. I add little pimento olives cut in half, just because we love olives. 😁
